Male with a foreign accent, stated he was from MEDICARE, my current card has been cancelled. He started asking me personal questions; I explained to him that MEDICARE has the information that he is asking me for, told him flat out that I don't like spam, prank, scam, nuisance and phishing calls. Do not call here again, he started giving me excuses and I blew my police/referee whistle into the mouthpiece of my phone for 2 minutes.
