This is a collection agency that calls relatives from unlisted and blocked phone numbers using phishing tactics to gather information to collect money on very old debts (uncollectable per Ohio law). If you don't answer the caller will leave a lengthy voice mail saying- they are a process server officer from the area representing the courts and were unable to reach "so and so", etc. to have them contact the attornies- RDS & Assoc. at 866-701-2328, representing their case with a case reference number, beginning with a four digit "year", ie..2022-####. This is a money scam and they are legally owed nothing! So don't fall for it, or call them back- just delete it.
