this number was attached to a notice re: expiration of a home warranty for mortgage maintenance requirements. Only problem with this notice is that this mortgage has not been in existance for about 40 years.

Claims to be a home mortgage warranty. Immediate response required. I called my local Associated Bank number, not this 800 number on this letter I got in the mail and they said they didn’t send any such letter out to their customers. Total phishing letter. Do not respond to this letter on pink paper!

This is a call back number on an unsolicited mailing for a home warranty. No identification is on the mailing, just the phone number. They sent me 3 "Final Notices" since October, 2022. This is a SCAM! Do not call that number!
