The number is given as belonging to Western Union, as part of a Lyca Mobile lottery scam. 1) They call on whatsapp from +923036220822 and say that you won some prize and make it look legit as they send an SMS coming LYCAMOBILE itself, containing a code. 2) Then they ask you to share your ID with the Western Union number on Whatsapp (+41779387667). DOn't do it !

Firstly I received WhatsApp call from: +994 40 198 12 01, Sunrise picture. Saying that they are from Sunrise and I won 20.000 CHF. Speaking about all details etc. to look very real. Then send me from Swiss number +41 779387667 Western Union and asking for my Swiss ID. I am sure that is 100% Scam. To confirm that I just to send me all details over email, because Sunrise has those data. - No email received
