I was called from this number and asked to open a transaction account while on the phone and transfer a small amount (200$) for "investments". The English of the first caller had an accent, possibly Nigerian. The first caller transferred me to his "supervisor", to convince me open the account online. They asked for my date of birth and zip code, in order to open the transaction account. When told I don't own a credit card, the caller didn't believe there is such a person, asked me to use my mother in law's card, my wife's card...
