Hello, I though I'd share this and maybe it will prevent someone from calling back this number, because this is exactly how this "scam" works. It is usually carried out by incarcerated people or prisoners who have no legal means of buying credits for their mobile service. They pick a service plan which generates a small amount of money for every call they answer (usually about 0,10 or 0,05 cents and slightly more for international calls). They therefore dial random numbers and drop after singe tone signal in hopes that people will call them back and that way generate a small bonus towards their existing mobile service credit. Do not call this number back and you will prevent scammers who are in prison/incarcerated for crimes they've committed against other people to acquire easy money.

It is usually carried out by incarcerated people or prisoners who have no legal means of buying credits for their mobile service.
