They called my elderly Godmother and left a message yesterday saying they were calling on her recent Amazon order in the amount of $77.97 on her VISA. I called the number today while blocking my number and it did not go through. I called again without blocking. They did not answer that they were Amazon. There was lots of noise in the background. The accent sounded like they were not a call within the USA. I said why I was calling and before I let them talk further, I said - who are you, why are you actually calling? They said nothing and within a short few seconds, they hung up on me. Had I not called to confirm this was not real, my elderly Godmother was extremely concerned, and she wanted to talk to them. She probably would have ended up giving them too much money. The first clue should have been the area code not being a toll free number. Plus - when does Amazon Support actually call you on your home phone?

Received a call from 424-207-1040 to call the number above back if I did not request an Amazon order---I don't order online, nor from Amazon, so not sure why or how these people are calling my cell#----when I call the 424# back it is busy, and when I try to call the 352#, nothing happens..............I am just deleting both numbers from my phone...
