I refuse to confirm whether it was my IC number. He persistently and sounded anxious to help me block the credit card which I did not have. I said I will call HQ and he hung up.

I don't have any account in alliance bank, but I'm curios how they get your full name and ic number. They can able to read out your name and ic, they hanged up the phone when you said you don't have account with alliance bank,
