I received a bill for Norton Life Lock for the business that I work for. I asked what this was for, when it initially was ordered and the name of the person that initially ordered it. I was told that it was initially ordered in 2021. I asked what payment was used. I then told this individual that I would like to cancel and told him to email me the cancellation. He then told me that I needed to allow remote access to the PC and I told him absolutely not. I was then called a plethora of names and told I need to be slapped prior to him hanging up on me.
