It was not a call, but a number from an email I received pretending to be amazon confirming a very expensive purchase I did not make (no amazon account). The number is supposed to be their fraud hotline. This site says it's from north korea.

As mentioned by others, I received an email with an expensive Amazon purchase for a tv and gaming console. Pretty sure they're trying to phish for your personal info.
