I received a call from this number on 10/5. They left a vm that said attention this is the process department. They said they were calling to notify the resident to be made aware that they were issuing a certified document in regards to a legal complaint that has been filed against. Individual documents will require a signature with a valid id upon arrival. The they said if you have questions contact the legal office at 877795-9404...this matter requires immediate attention. I did the same as others and called back. When they answered it was Gregory Law Firm. They (male)called my spouse to the same day. They said my debt 9K for debt dating back to 10-15 years. They said it was for Bank of America. If we could pay then they would only make 5K because that is what we were offered before. This is incorrect bc I do not have any old debt with Bank of America. He said we could make an offer and see if they accept it. He then the stated that if agree to the offer then we could pay off the debt into installments. They knew what kind of vehicles we have and threatened put a lien on our cars.

My debit card was charged with an amount from this telephone number which was not authorized by me. I have checked BeenVerified and US white pages for reverse numbers and no name or company is associated with this number. I believe it is a fraudulent number and is a scammer.

I received a call from this number on 10/5. They left a vm that said attention this is the process department.
