Voice message states my Chase bank card is being blocked because of a purchase of $120.40 at Kota shop.com. 1. I don't have a debit card with Chase. 2. The number doesn't come back to Chase after a google of it. 3. No website is operational under that web address. 4. There were other red flags that I won't list. 5. If you ever get a call like this always call a number you know is legit. If you're speaking to a person ask for their number so you can call them right back then google the number to see if it comes back to the card. Or just call the number on the back of your card. Or go to the cards website for verification. Big red flag if they don't want you to hangup and call them back. Remember you call them back don't let them call you back.
