called me and had my full name and a name I've never heard of. Saying if I didn't respond that I would be responsible for the "sealed, legal correspondence, at the clerks office". never specified WHAT clerks office they were with. Plus, called me on 9/13 saying I had until the end of the day to respond. THEN called on 9/14 saying I had a 24hr extension...

It was a live person saying the call was "very important". That they needed a signature from "the actual name" of my ex-husband who is deceased. They had his full name and last address. They obviously did not know that he was dead and that I was divorced from him before he died. He was also re-married before he died. They did not identify who they were - company, law firm, etc. So I can only assume that they were trying to get my personal information.
